If you are not covered by an insurance provider listed above, we offer a SuperBill as a method for families to be reimbursed by their insurance provider after paying our practice directly for services.
If you do not wish to access your insurance, please contact us for Private Pay rates.
Therapy services are HSA/FSA eligible.
