Meet Our Team
Our offices are located in Scarborough and Windham Maine. We are comprised of a team of speech-language pathologists who all uphold ASHA accreditation (CCC).
Mackenzie
Mackenzie has been an SLP since 2014 and has loved each passing year more than the last. Working in a variety of settings has prepared her for the most wonderful responsibility and joy of opening and running this practice.
Born and raised in Maine, Mackenzie is a mama of 2 awesome kiddos and is married to a tech-savvy (and handy) Vermonter. When she’s not working, Mackenzie enjoys spending time with her family at the lake or beach, going for a run, working in the garden with her chickens, watercolor painting, and spending time outdoors!
Becky
Becky is a practicing SLP of over 20 years. After having her own children and experiencing firsthand the positive impact of early intervention on a child and a family, she chose to focus her career on pediatrics. She loves working with children and their families and sharing in the joy of celebrating every new milestone that is reached.
When she is not working as an SLP, Becky enjoys spending time with her three active children and her husband. She and her family are the ultimate Disney lovers and enjoy spending lots of time at the ocean here in Maine!
Kaleigh
Kaleigh is a licensed SLP in the state of Maine and loves the world of pediatrics! Kaleigh began her in journey speech therapy after working in public education as an elementary school teacher for 10 years. Her time in education taught her the importance of communication skills in our smallest learners. Kaleigh supports our Windham location and also specializes in Early Intervention.
Kaleigh enjoys spending time outside with her family and exploring new places around Maine. She loves watching her own two littles engage with the world around them as they grow; and she can’t wait to help your child as well!
Cara
Cara is a practicing SLP in the state of Maine and competed her clinical fellowship in 2024. Cara has always enjoyed working with children and the majority of her graduate experience and clinical fellowship consisted of working with children between the ages of 0-18 with a variety of different communication goals.
Cara supports our youngest communicators as an early intervention specialist and supports clients in our Scarborough office. In her free time she enjoys running, biking, walking her dog, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places!
Whitney
Whitney White is a Maine native and UMaine graduate and has been a practicing SLP for over a decade. She has a passion for pediatrics and loves helping children find their voice and teaching caregivers how best to facilitate communication within their everyday routines.
When she’s not in the therapy room or on a living room floor with a kiddo, she enjoys home DIY projects and furniture flipping. She has 2 children, Simon and Ira, and 3 orange cats (Skeeter, Rico and Kowalski). She looks forward to working with you and your little one!
Ashley
Ashley was born and raised close by, in Saco Maine. She attended her undergraduate and masters program at the University of Maine in Orono, and has been practicing in outpatient pediatrics since 2021.
Ashley loves incorporating movement and sensory play into her therapy sessions and is so excited to hone in on early intervention to give kids and caregivers the tools to grow! Ashley supports our Scarborough and Windham locations, as well as the early intervention population of central Maine.
Ashley has a 3 year old golden retriever, Archie, who her patients will surely hear lots about! In her free time, Ashley loves to eat, find new places to explore with Archie, and spend lots of time with her friends and family.
Haley
Haley grew up in northern Maine and now lives in South Portland with her husband, baby girl, and corgi, Lola. She’s been a practicing SLP since graduating from the University of Maine at Orono in 2020.
She has a strong preference for working with littles and their families, and especially loves helping nonspeaking children find a way to communicate through AAC. Haley supports our Scarborough office and is also an early intervention provider.
She enjoys being silly with her daughter, reading, running, snowboarding, gardening, thrifting, and going to the beach.
