<image:title>Payment - We currently accept Anthem/Blue Cross Blue Shield & Aetna insurance plans.</image:title>
<image:caption>If you are not covered by an insurance provider listed above, I offer a superbill as a method for clients’ families to be reimbursed by their insurance provider after paying me directly for services. SUPERBILL Reimbursement through Superbill This method of payment occurs when the clinician (Mackenzie) provides the family with an invoice called a Superbill. The family pays Mackenzie the rate listed below at the time of service, and then they submit the superbill to their insurance company for reimbursement. This reimbursement takes between 2-3 weeks to process. It is up to the family to contact their insurance provider to see what is covered within their plan. Each carrier is different and coverage can vary, so it is up to the family to know these details before proceeding. At this time, Holland Speech Therapy Services rates are as follows for private pay services, per hour: Therapy Treatment Sessions (per hour): Early Intervention $120 Speech & Language (Articulation, language disorders) $120 AAC, PECs, & SGD $120 Stuttering (ages 2-5): $120 Feeding Therapy (birth-age 5) $120 30 minute sessions: $75 Evaluations: Speech & Language $275 AAC PECs $275 Feeding Evaluation (birth-age 5) $150-275, depending on several factors discussed during our consultation Therapy services are HSA/FSA eligible.</image:caption>
